We use the free remote access program called RemotePC to access your computer.
Step #1:
When you click the above button you will see this image on your screen. Click/tap to blue download button to start installation.
Step #2: CRITICAL STEP
The file is coming from my server so it is scanned and clear – safe to install. Click/Tap DOWNLOAD ANYWAY and SAVE into your downloads folder (or wherever you save your files).
This looks like a potential hacker warning, but the file you are downloading is SAFE.
Step #3:
The default directory is in your downloads folder. Highlight the file name and OPEN (double click) to install the program. Follow the on-screen prompts for your computer to install the program.
Once installed, the system sends an alert to Richard that your computer is ready for remote access.
Leave your computer connected to the Internet and send an email to Richard asking for service.
