We use the free remote access program called RemotePC to access your computer.
Step #1:
When you click the above button you will see this image on your screen.
Select the WINDOWS operating system, then DOWNLOAD INSTALLER to start download.
Step #2: DOWNLOAD to your Computer.
The default location for installation files is your downloads folder. Select this directory and then click/tap SAVE.
Step #3:
Two ways to install the downloaded file:
#1: From your Chrome broswer page click the OPEN icon to install the file.
#2: The default directory is in your downloads folder. Highlight the file name and OPEN (double click) to install the program.
Follow the on-screen prompts for your computer to install the program.
Once installed, the system sends an alert to Richard that your computer is ready for remote access.
Leave your computer connected to the Internet and send an email to Richard asking for service.
