Services Agreement/Retainer provides 1½ hours consulting for each Quarter for $96
+ Preferred customer response time
+ Additional hours billed at $75/hour
Hourly/Monthly
No Services Agreement or Retainer with service billed on a per hour basis (charged in 15 minute increments) with each hour for $95
+ Minimum Charge = $75 for up to 1 hour diagnosis/repair
Custom
Billed at up to $95/hour with cascading discount depending on Services Agreement/Retainer custom designed for your needs.
+ Minimum Charge = $75 for up to 1 hour diagnosis/repair
For Emergency Service or after/before regular business hours (9-5pm M-F) a $40/hr surcharge applies
We do House calls – should there need to be a person to person interaction (instead of remote service) we charge the 2023 IRS travel rate of $.66 per mile from our place to yours, PLUS a travel time fee of $30.00/hr; and any parking charges if applicable
