Outlook 365 Set-Up

  1. Open Outlook and click FILE from the top line
  2. You will get a new window and click ACCOUNT SETTINGS, then click ACCOUNT SETTINGS again
  3. On the email tab click NEW
  4. Enter in the email address you want to add

Now the system will auto search for the email address with the password you provided and add it to your account.

If this fails/does not find the account you need to MANUALLY add it to your Outlook mail program.  Follow the steps below:

  1. Open Outlook and click FILE from the top line
  2. You will get a new window and click ACCOUNT SETTINGS, then click ACCOUNT SETTINGS again
  3. On the email tab click NEW
  4. Enter in the email address you want to add and check the ADVANCED OPTIONS and then check mark the “Let me set-up my account manually”
  5. Click CONNECT and chooses IMAP

This is where you put the information from your mail provider.
