We use the free remote access program called RemotePC to access your computer.
Step #1:
When you click the above button you will see this image on the left

Step #2: CRITICAL STEP
The file is coming from my server so it is scanned and clear – safe to install. Click/Tap DOWNLOAD ANYWAY and SAVE into your downloads folder (or wherever you save your files)
Step #3:
The default directory is in your downloads folder. Highlight the file name and OPEN (double click) to install.
Once installed, the system sends an alert to Richard that your computer is ready for remote access.
Leave your computer connected to the Internet and send an email to Richard asking for service.
