Once installed , check mark to accept the license agreement and then click CONTINUE.
Step # 3: Installation is complete; now you need to give Richard your ID and Password.
Click/tap CONNECT WITH TEAMVIEWER ID and email that number and password to Richard
Your TeamViewer ID will look like this - send to Richard (screen shot is OK)
Step #4: Once Richard has connected he will update the program to a secure connection with an encrypted password. When your support session is complete and Richard signs off - you will see this screen.
